What to write about
- Problems: something didn't play, a download failed or the page looked wrong on your device.
- Suggestions: new genres, instruments, preset progressions or topics for tutorials.
- Partnerships and press: music schools, teachers, content creators.
- Privacy: requests related to the Privacy policy and to data protection law (LGPD).
To report a problem
The more details, the faster we can fix it. If you can, include:
- your device and browser (for example, iPhone with Safari or a computer with Chrome);
- which tool you were using and what you did before the problem;
- in the generator, the genre, style and seed of the song;
- a screenshot, if the problem is visual.
We answer messages in the order they arrive, as soon as possible.
